Help with Duncan.

For installation trouble, library issues, AI connections, or cloud sync, email sppreus@gmail.com. Include your operating system, Duncan version, the action you tried, and the error message. Do not send private documents, access tokens, or API keys.

Install the preview

Get the current Mac or Windows preview from the download section. The Mac installer is Developer ID signed and Apple-notarized. The current Windows preview is unsigned and may show a SmartScreen warning. The Microsoft Store version is still in preparation.

Keep a copy of your library

Duncan is an early preview. Export your library and keep backups before resetting data or changing computers. Clearing local data and signing out do not delete an existing cloud library. See the privacy details for cloud deletion requests.
